New, unused, and unopened products can be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be items that were purchased directly from the Exodus website and the items must be in resellable condition. If an item is altered, used, or damaged by the customer, please note that returns may not be accepted. 

Items that are specifically customized (i.e. engraved) cannot be returned or refunded. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@exoduswatchco.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with an address for return as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for costs incurred by return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow up to 7 days for the processing of a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
