WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

All Exodus orders are shipped within 48 hours. Processing times can take up to 3 days when we receive an influx of orders. Shipping estimates do not include processing times.

Standard tracking is available for both North American and International orders. You will receive email updates for your shipment, along with delivery estimates. Canada wide shipments take approx. 3-10 days and US shipments 5-14 days.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES IS CURRENTLY PAUSED DUE TO RECENT DUTY AND IMPORT LAW CHANGES.

IS MY ORDER LOST OR STOLEN?

If the shipping provider deems your order lost, we will issue a re-shipment.

Please note that Exodus will not be responsible for any order scanned as delivered and cannot be located. We recommend filing a police report with the local authorities should this unfortunate circumstance arise.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

New, unused, and unopened products can be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be items that were purchased directly from the Exodus website and the items must be in resellable condition. If an item is altered, used, or damaged by the customer, please note that returns may not be accepted. Please allow up to 7 days for the processing of a return. 

Items that are specifically customized (i.e. engraved) cannot be returned or refunded.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

All Exodus watches include a 1 year limited warranty. This covers any defects that would impede the watch's functionality and typical use.

Please note, this warranty does not cover aspects such as the following:

batteries, straps, watch bracelets, PVD plating, scratches, normal wear and tear, damage arising from accidents or misuse, or damage incurred from repair, alteration, and adjustment
