Exodus is a proudly Canadian brand that is based in the province of Ontario.
WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
This is dependent on the number of
concurrent orders there is to process. However, our team typically ships the same or following day of an order!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Upon purchase, an order confirmation email will be sent. Once the order has been dropped off to our carrier, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you that includes a tracking number. See our shipping page for more info.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Due to lithium battery regulations, we currently only ship to Canada and the US. We are working on expanding to global shipping in the near future.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
All North American orders will not incur any additional duties, taxes, or fees. For international orders, Exodus will not charge additional duty fees. However, duties and fees imposed by the country of the buyer are unfortunately out of our control and are the buyer's responsibility.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
We do our best to process and ship orders as fast as possible to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your current order, please let us know as soon as possible at info@exoduswatchco.com. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy guide to better assist you with returning items.
HOW DO I ADJUST THE STRAP OR TIME OF MY WATCH?
Please refer to our digital user manual for assistance adjusting your watch strap and setting the time.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
All Exodus watches include a 1 year limited warranty. This covers any defects that would impede the watch's functionality and typical use.
Please note, this warranty does not cover aspects such as the following:
batteries, straps, watch bracelets, PVD plating, scratches, normal wear and tear, damage arising from accidents or misuse, or damage incurred from repair, alteration, and adjustment.
