Mask Off 2025 was an unforgettable night, raising over $90,000 for The Grove Youth Wellness Hubs to support youth mental health in Guelph and Wellington County. Held at the Italian Canadian Club, the event brought the community together with incredible silent auction donations and generous contributions. Aundrea and I had an amazing time witnessing the impact firsthand, and we’re already looking forward to next year. Huge thanks to the hardworking team at CMHA WW for making this event possible!

If you're not familiar with SafeTALK, it's a 4-hour workshop designed to teach individuals how to recognize signs of suicide, engage with someone who may be struggling, and connect them to intervention resources for further support.
